Breakfast



The continental breakfast is included and served according to the weather and season, either on the main terrace or in the dining room .


Available from 8:30 to 10:30 , it is accompanied by a menu offering additional options to personalize your morning.

At the Fortin Table



Lunch is served on the pool terrace in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu features seasonal salads, shared grilled dishes, and vegetable tarts, offering light, convivial fare.

Dinner is served every evening on the main terrace. The menu includes a starter, a main course, and a dessert that you can choose freely, with the option to add items from the lunch menu. The menu features seasonal dishes that change daily.

Lunch and dinner by reservation only: 12:00–1:30 PM • 7:00–8:30 PM.
